St. Mark's

This is the school where we live. St. Mark's has 330 students in grades 9-12. Most of them are boarding students, so they live here during the school year. Our house is attached to a boys' dorm called Marr-Coolidge. It's surrounded by woods, 2 ponds, a softball field, a cross country trail, and lots of wildlife. My favorite are the tiny, bright green tree frogs. Each one could easily fit onto the head of a dime. The bullfrogs croak in the evening, the cardinals swoop from tree to tree. Lachen and Aksel have a swingset again, not to mention lots of great hallways inside and paths outside to explore. Uncle Peter and Auntie Katy's walkie-talkies are getting a serious work-out. Whenever the boys leave the house, we use walkie-talkies. That way, I can actually get some work done, and the boys can explore. Don't worry, grandmas and other worriers. They can be gone long, they can't go far, and they don't cross the street to Main Campus shown here in the photos.
